How do I get my BONUS PACK Rebate Access Code
The
BONUS PACK Rebate Access Code qualifies you to receive the valuable rebates that
our offer providers have extended. It is a code of the form XXXX-XXXX and you receive it at
the end of your redemption process. Redemption of your
BONUS PACK offers is done both
on
this website as well as on
the offer provider websites. The first step is to kick off redemption on the
redemption page. After your
system is validated as eligible, you will receive a page listing all the offers you qualify
for, the URLs to access them, and the
BONUS PACK Rebate Access Codes to access each offer.
You will need this information to qualify for your rebates, so we suggest you print this page
or save it for future reference.
How do I get my Small Business Server BONUS PACK Rebate Access
Code
The first step is to kick off redemption on the
http://www.localpcbuilder.com/redeem page.
Click the "Redeem Now" button for the Windows Small Business Server 2003 product to arrive
at the correct redemption page. Follow all instructions on the redemption page, and
allow 2-3 business days for the confirmation email to be delivered to the email address
you supply. Upon receipt of the approval email, click on the redemption link provided
to be taken to the page with your unique Rebate Access Code and the link to the offer
provider's website. Questions regarding the status of your Small Business Server
approval email should be directed to

How do I get a BONUS PACK?
To get your
BONUS PACK, you must:
- Purchase a PC pre-installed with one of the following genuine Windows Vista operating systems,
2007 Microsoft Office systems or Windows Small Business Server 2003 with one of the part numbers listed
here:
- Windows Vista® Ultimate
- Windows Vista® Business
- Windows Vista® Home Premium
- Office Professional 2007
- Office Small Business 2007
- Office Home and Student 2007
- Windows® Small Business ServerTM 2003, Standard Edition
- Windows® Small Business ServerTM 2003, Premium Edition
- Purchase from a local PC builder in the United States between January 1, 2008 and June 27, 2008.
- Validate the software using the Windows Genuine Advantage, Office Genuine Advantage or Windows Small Business Server 2003 programs within 30 days of purchase.
- Redeem the BONUS PACK by May 15, 2008, in the United States.
How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows Vista or Office 2007 that was
installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?
The BONUS PACK offer is available only for certain eligible genuine Windows Vista, Microsoft Office 2007 systems
and Windows Small Business Server 2003 licenses in the U.S. The offer must be redeemed in the U.S. It is only
valid for eligible licenses of Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Ultimate, Office
Professional 2007, Office Small Business 2007, Office Home and Student Edition, Windows Small Business Server 2003
Standard Edition, and Windows Small Business Server 2003 Premium Edition.

To find out your version, simply:

- Choose Computer.
- Select Properties. The window that opens will tell you which operating system you have.
With that information, you can select the corresponding
BONUS PACK offer(s).
I'm not sure which version of 2007 Microsoft Office system I have. How can I find out?
To find out your version, simply:
- Launch Outlook 2007.
- Choose the help menu.
- Choose About Microsoft Office Outlook.
- The window that opens will tell you versions of 2007 Microsoft Office system you have.
With that information, you can select the corresponding
BONUS PACK offer(s).
I meet the requirements for the BONUS PACK offer, but
received a Validation Incomplete message when I applied. How can I get my
bonus offer?
Why do I need to validate my copy of Windows Vista or Office 2007 to receive the offers?
Validating your software confirms that you have acquired a license to genuine
Windows Vista or Office 2007 software. Using genuine Windows Vista or Office 2007 software means that your system
will deliver more productivity, integration, and the rich experiences you enjoy
every day.
I'm having trouble getting the offer providers to redeem my order. What should I
do?
The companies providing the offers are responsible for redeeming the offer. If
you are experiencing difficulty with redeeming the offer, please contact the
offer provider customer support department.
I'm having technical difficulty using one of the BONUS PACK
offers. Who should I contact?
Each offer provider has included a link on its Web site for customer support
and inquiries regarding the offer. Please contact the company providing the
offer for technical or customer support.
Is the BONUS PACK offer available in Canada?
No, the BONUS PACK offer is only available to customers that purchased
PC's preinstalled with genuine Windows Vista, 2007 Microsoft Office System
or Windows Small Business Server 2003 software in the United States and redeem
the offer in the United States.
Is there any limit to the number of PCs I can purchase in order to redeem the
offers for the BONUS PACK offer?
There is no limit to the number of PC purchases you can make to redeem the
offers for the BONUS PACK offer, but there is a limit
of one BONUS PACK per PC purchase. All purchases must be made between
January 1, 2008 and June 27, 2008, must be redeemed by May 15, 2008 and must
meet all other requirements of the offer.
Can I get any of the BONUS PACKs I want? They are very different.
You are only eligible to receive the
BONUS PACK that is available for the
Windows Vista operating system or Office 2007 you purchased. Please see
this page for more details.
Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?
You are not required to pay any fees to obtain the BONUS PACK offer; however,
all the offers are mail-in rebates, and shipping and handling charges and taxes will apply.
Although you may purchase other products, the rebate may not cover the full amount of the purchase.
Is the rebate applicable to any item by the offer providers?
The rebates that are part of the BONUS PACK program are only applicable to the products
listed on this campaign site and on the offer provider site. The items must be purchased directly from
